The other day I saw that one of the cashiers at the supermarket
had a new tattoo, which was a trefoil knot...
...into which was braided a Devanagari "aum" symbol...
The question of what bits where braided over and above
what other bits has handled quite tidily.
I'm not sure that the syncretism implicit in this tattoo
saw any higher expression than the tattoo itself, but hey, good technique.
